Electric is seeking a new team member for a leadership role as an experienced Site Foreman to lead commercial, multi residential, and small construction projects from start to finish, ensuring a high level of customer service with quality and efficiency on site. You will coordinate your team and manage project progress to meet deadlines and specifications. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of construction activities while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities on-site efficiently, ensuring work is performed as per code and project specifications.
- Coordinate with general contractors and owners, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely delivery and installment of materials and equipment
- With the highest attention to detail, read and implement work as per drawings, scope of work, specifications and shop drawings.
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the project lifecycle to meet or exceed client expectations
- Manage project schedules diligently
- Oversee budgeting processes related to labor, materials,



and equipment to keep projects on time and on budget
- Conduct daily site tool box talks and Field Level Hazard Assessments

Requirements

- 5+ years supervising experience in an electrical supervisor or foreman position.
- Proven ability to read, interpret, examine project documents with precise detail.
- Demonstrate experience and effectiveness in managing project budgets, schedules, and quality control measures effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams
- Proven experience in rough in for access control, security systems, fire alarm systems, ADO's, data/communications infrastructure.
