The role

This is a tools-first job. You'll be building every day alongside the crew, and leading them while you do it. We need a strong framer or carpenter who sets the pace, solves problems as they come up, and keeps the site moving without the owner there. You don't need greenhouse experience. If you learn quick, we'll teach you the rest.

What you'll do

- Work on the tools every day on structure, covering, and repair work
- Lead the crew from within it: set the day's plan, assign tasks, keep the job moving
- Solve problems on site without waiting for someone to tell you how
- Keep quality and safety standards high
- Report progress and issues to the owner

What you bring

- Solid framing or carpentry experience and strong general construction knowledge
- Happy to be on the tools all day, every day
- Proven problem-solving ability on site




- A real desire to lead a team (prior lead hand or foreman experience is an asset)
- Quick learner, comfortable picking up new systems and methods
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Valid driver's licence and your own vehicle (truck preferred)
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors

What we offer

- $35–$42/hr to start, with a wage review at 90 days
- Overtime at 1.5x after 40 hours per week
- Vehicle allowance, if a truck is used for work
- out-of-town work and travel with per diems and longer hours
- Room to grow into a senior leadership role in a growing company
