Coordinate the receiving, storage, tracking, and distribution of materials and equipment required for a major industrial construction project.

This is a 100% site-based role, reporting directly to the Construction Manager.

We are looking for a hands-on skilled capable of maintaining constant visibility over materials: receipt, location, condition, and availability for contractors.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the receiving, inspection, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Ensure materials are properly recorded and tracked in Oracle Unifier and InEight.
- Manage overages, shortages, and damages (OS&D;) with buyers and expeditors.
- Organize storage areas and coordinate the release of materials to contractors.
- Plan major equipment deliveries according to construction priorities and lifting plans.
- Track rental equipment and contribute to cost control.
