Lead the Site Plan Review Team for the City of Burlington on a hybrid basis. This role combines supervision with planning oversight to support community growth and land use objectives. As the Supervisor, Site Plan Review, you will guide a team in managing site plans, minor variances, and more.

- Supervise and mentor the Site Plan Review team
- Assign work and adapt plans to emerging priorities
- Ensure customer service objectives are met continuously
- Provide expert advice on planning matters
- Author staff reports and coordinate city submissions Requirements:
- Four years degree in Urban Planning or related field
- Four to seven years of professional planning experience
- Two years in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of Ontario Planning Act and Site Plan Review
