Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Superintendent to lead residential mid rise projects from start to finish. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily site operations, coordinate with various teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Duties

- Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring work progresses according to project schedules and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to verify accuracy and clarity for onsite execution.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards throughout the construction process.
- Manage site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce deployment.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore or Primavera P6 to track progress, update schedules, and report on project milestones.
- Conduct regular site inspections using Bluebeam or similar tools to document progress and identify potential issues early.
- Oversee budgeting activities related to labor, materials,



and equipment costs to stay within financial targets.
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to promote a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately to guide onsite activities effectively.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising experience in commercial or residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as Forma, Bluebeam, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents with confidence.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project planning is essential.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Construction-related certifications or licenses are preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $73,100.00-$200,000.00 per year
