South East Mechanical Ltd. a trusted leader in commercial HVAC across southern Manitoba, is growing and looking for a Site Supervisor to help drive our project success. This is a key leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on accountability, organization, and getting results.

What You’ll Do:

- Material Preparation: Ensure jobs are set up for success—prep and organize materials, equipment, and site needs in advance.
- Scheduling: Create and manage schedules for field staff, adjusting as needed for changes in project scope or timelines.
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily site activity, ensure crews are productive, safety standards are followed, and timelines are being met.
- Budget Oversight: Track project budgets and timelines, flag off-track items early, and work with the office to stay on budget.
- Client & Contractor Updates: Provide clear, weekly updates to contractors and stakeholders on job progress, delays, and next steps.
- Problem Solving: Handle small-to-medium challenges independently and proactively escalate bigger issues with suggested solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in construction, HVAC, or mechanical project supervision




- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage crews, delegate effectively, and maintain accountability.
- Understanding of budgeting and project timelines.
- Comfortable with small site-level troubleshooting.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
