The SMT Operator has excellent mechanical dexterity, can perform assembly tasks that require refined fine motor skills and will be able to interpret assembly work instructions. Life and LTD Insurance Training and development opportunities Casual Dress On-Site parking Comfortable navigating and using a computer to access documentation Set up and tear down of SMT line and associated machinery Operation of SMT machine, printers and ovens Review and interpret IPC, internal and customer supplied manufacturing documents Machine edits and in process trouble shooting Participate and adhere to DSM safety policies and practices 2 – 3 years of related experience and/or training in SMT operation and maintenance ~ Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and machine applications ~ Class 2 or Class 3 soldering is an asset ~ Availability for shift work ~
