We are seeking a motivated Snow Removal Field Supervisor to oversee crews and operations during winter weather events. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring all assigned sites are serviced safely, efficiently, and to client standards.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate plow operators, sidewalk machine operators, and general laborers in the field

- Conduct site inspections before, during, and after snow and ice events to ensure quality and completeness

- Communicate with dispatch, clients, and crew members throughout storm operations

- Monitor weather conditions and adjust crew assignments and routing as needed

- Train new crew members on equipment operation, safety protocols, and site-specific requirements

- Track crew hours, material usage, and service completion for reporting

- Address in office issues including equipment breakdowns, property damage, and client concerns

- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all company policies





Qualifications:

- Experience in commercial snow and ice removal operations preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate

- Prior supervisory or crew lead experience is an asset

- Familiarity with plow trucks, loaders, salt/brine trucks, skid steers, and sidewalk equipment is a plus

- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure

- Willingness to work extended on-call hours, nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the winter season

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Recent graduates with relevant education (e.g., construction management, logistics, trades programs) are encouraged to apply

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
