We are currently seeking experienced and trainable snow operations candidates to fill several positions within our organization. If you like working outdoors and aren’t afraid of a little cold weather and a lot of hard work, this is the position for you! Pay: $25.00–$37.00 per hour, plus Weekly Guaranteed Amount ranging from $250.00–$350.00.

Available Positions:

Heavy Equipment Operator

Heavy equipment operator you will be responsible for clearing and de-icing of snow from our various commercial and/or residential properties in the greater Toronto area. This position requires a 24/7 on-call commitment to respond to snowfalls and ice events plus regular availability between snowstorms to do site inspections, refill salt bins, cleaning, greasing, and other activities as may be required. The position also requires working independently or as a team under direct supervision of Site Supervisors

Sidewalk Tractor Operator

As a sidewalk tractor operator, you will be responsible for operating a 26-hp horsepower tractor with a plow and salter on one of our dense downtown routes.



This position requires a 24/7 on-call commitment to respond to snowfalls and ice events plus regular availability between snowstorms to do site inspections, refill salt bins, cleaning, greasing, and other activities as may be required.

Snow Rator Operator

As a Snow Rator Operator / Crew Lead, you will operate a Snow Raptor to explicit snow and apply de-icing materials to sidewalks, walkways, and other designated areas on one of our closely grouped downtown routes. You will also supervise 1–2 crew members, coordinate their work, and ensure services are completed safely and efficiently. This position requires a 24/7 on-call commitment to respond to snowfalls and ice events, along with regular availability between snowstorms to complete site inspections, refill salt bins, clean and grease equipment, and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- Able to meet the physical requirements of the job including bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools, and working in various weather conditions
- A valid 'G' driver's license in good standing (driver's abstract required).
- Having a safety-first mindset and minding the safety of yourself, co-workers, and the public.
- Previous experience with Forklift, Loader, Excavator, or other Heavy Equipment is an requires
- Work well within a team environment.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Punctual and Reliable.
