Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Snow Removal Skid Steer Operators to join our winter maintenance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating skid steer equipped with snow removal attachments to ensure protected and efficient clearing of snow and ice from roads, parking lots, walkways, etc.
Responsibilities
- Operate skid steer with snow plows, and other attachments to remove snow and ice effectively from various sites.
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Follow established safety protocols during snow removal operations..
- Monitor weather conditions continuously to plan efficient snow removal needs and respond promptly to changing circumstances.
- Maintain detailed records of work completed and reporting any incidents or hazards encountered during operations.
Requirements
- MINIMUM 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE WITH SNOW REMOVAL OPERATION IS REQUIRED
- Commitment to the 2026-2027 snow removal season (Typically November-March)
- Reliable transportation to get to the yard for dispatch each shift.
- Communication is required with supervisors and other operators.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
