Toronto
We are a Toronto-based social media strategy and content studio working with arts, culture, events, and public-facing brands.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative intern to support content execution, community management, and occasional on-site content capture across a growing roster of clients.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social media beyond just posting. Someone who notices what works, pays attention to the little things, and enjoys being part of the full content process.
Current students are welcome to apply. We care more about finding someone who is curious, capable, reliable, and genuinely plugged into social media than checking every box on a résumé.
What You’ll Do
Content Execution (Primary Focus)
- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram (and occasionally TikTok)
- Format captions, hashtags, and post copy
- Assist in organizing and maintaining content calendars
- Upload and prepare Reels and short-form video content
Community Management
- Respond to comments and DMs in a timely, on-brand voice
- Engage with audiences through liking, replying, and interacting
- Flag important messages or opportunities
Content Support
- Edit simple short-form videos (Reels/TikTok)
- Clip and organize footage into usable assets
- Maintain content folders and asset libraries
Trend & Research Support
- Identify relevant trends, sounds, and content formats
- Bring forward ideas aligned with brand and client strategy
On-Site Content Capture (Occasional)
- Assist with capturing short-form content during events or activations
- Support content capture at select Toronto locations
- Help document real-time moments for social use
You’re Probably a Good Fit If
- You’re very familiar with Instagram and TikTok
- You understand what makes content engaging and shareable
- You have robust attention to detail, especially when it comes to formatting, captions, and timing
- You can edit straightforward videos on your phone (CapCut, Instagram, etc.)
- You’re organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- You’re based in Toronto and able to attend occasional on-site shoots
Bonus
- Interest in arts, culture, or events
- Familiarity with Toronto-based content and creators
- Basic photography/video skills
- Experience managing or contributing to a social media account, whether personal, student, volunteer, or for a brand
The Details
- ~10–12 hours per week
- Hybrid, mostly remote occasional on-site work in Toronto

- Flexible schedule, with some availability during regular weekday hours preferred
- Current students are welcome to apply
