About the Role

We are looking for a creative, confident and energetic Social Media Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, hybrid basis.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, loves creating short-form content and is genuinely comfortable being on camera.

You will work on Digital Pepper’s social channels as well as content for our clients across different industries.

What You’ll Do

- Create Reels, TikToks, Stories and other short-form social content
- Appear on camera for videos, UGC-style content, educational videos and promotional content
- Film short-form videos using a smartphone or camera
- Develop creative concepts, hooks and content ideas
- Research trending Reels, TikTok formats,



sounds and social trends
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Coordinate photoshoots and content days
- Schedule and publish content
- Coordinate with influencers
- Visit client site
- Monitor engagement and social media performance
- Support campaigns and promotions for Digital Pepper and its clients
- Occasionally visit client locations to capture content
- Bring new ideas and experiment with emerging social formats

What We’re Looking For

- Extremely comfortable and confident on camera
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Creative and naturally curious about social media trends
- Experience creating short-form video content
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Comfortable filming yourself and others
- Basic video editing skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Proactive, energetic and creative
- Previous social media/content creation experience preferred

The Ideal Candidate

You don’t need to be an influencer or professional content creator.

We want someone who can walk in front of a camera, speak naturally, bring energy to a video and make content feel authentic rather than scripted.
