Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Software Sales Representative at Gwendolyn.ai.

The Software Sales

Representative will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct outbound and inbound lead generation, and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through close. The role includes presenting product demos, tailoring solution proposals to client needs, and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing customers. The individual will collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and gather feedback to improve offerings.



Regular use of CRM tools, accurate forecasting, and achievement of sales targets are core day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Software Sales and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and pipeline development.
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging stakeholders and delivering effective demos.
- Account Management experience, including nurturing relationships and driving renewals or expansions.
- Familiarity with SaaS or AI-based solutions and the ability to explain technical concepts in accessible terms.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
