Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Part-time Spa and Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, promote our spa services and retail products, and support daily operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a relaxing experience for our clients while driving sales through effective product demonstrations and upselling.
Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
- Assist clients with product selections through engaging product demos and detailed explanations
- Promote spa services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing retail displays and ensuring product availability
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, laundry, cleanliness, and organization
- Key holder responsibilities
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or spa workplace preferred;
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products and services
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is advantageous, but not a must
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math for transactions
- Computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and time management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly phone etiquette mindset
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a positive client experience
