The team is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join as a Specialist, Business Strategy Executive Support.
This individual thrives in a rapid‑paced environment and brings strong judgment, attention to detail, and an interest in business strategy and executive‑level communications. In this role, you will support senior leadership by coordinating Board and executive materials, helping to advance strategic priorities, and ensuring effective follow‑through on key business activities. As a management professional, you will bring strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills, along with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to senior leadership, governance, strategic planning, and cross‑functional initiatives while providing practical executive support. Coordinate the development of Board, executive, and governance presentations, including managing timelines, consolidating input, and ensuring materials are accurate, clear, and delivered on time. Prepare and refine executive‑ready presentations, briefing notes, business updates, meeting materials, and other communications.
Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of strategic priorities, initiatives, milestones, decisions, and action items. Organize leadership and governance meetings, including agendas, pre‑read materials,
meeting notes, and action tracking. Conduct research and basic analysis to support presentations, business discussions, and special projects.
Provide day‑to‑day executive support, including calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting. Identify practical opportunities to improve the preparation of materials, meeting effectiveness, coordination, and ways of working. Postsecondary education in business administration, communications, finance, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in an executive support, business coordination, project coordination, communications, or similar role.
Experience preparing presentations, reports, briefing notes, or communications for leaders or senior audiences.
Strong
PowerPoint skills and the ability to turn information from multiple sources into clear, concise, and visually polished materials. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Comfort working with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
Experience supporting Board, governance, or executive leadership activities is considered an asset.
Self‑motivated and comfortable working in evolving or less structured environments, with the ability to turn high‑level direction into clear actions and deliverables. Looks for opportunities to simplify processes and improve the quality of executive materials and meetings. Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
Position Type: Management Job Status: Regular - Full Time For work arrangements that are ‘Hybrid’, successful candidates must be based in Canada and report to a set Bell office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
