Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care to individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. You will work in our bright and open clinic setting, providing services in the areas of ASD, Motor Speech Disorders, Speech Sound Disorders, Expressive and Receptive Language and AAC .

Responsibilities

- Providing services in the afternoon and evening with the potential to expand to daytime hours
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
- Plan and implement joint sessions with our Occupational Therapist
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on communication disorders and strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.




- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Experience working with children on the Autism Spectrum
- Dedication to continuing education to expand skills and knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while providing high-quality patient care.
- Compassionate approach towards patients and their families.
