and community empowerment. Project / Program Manager Project or Program Management experience, preferably in large enterprise environments. Robust experience delivering cloud migration and infrastructure transformation projects.

Experience working with AWS environments (Amazon Connect preferred). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience with Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies. Proven ability to manage medium to large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies. Lead cloud migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Manage end-to-to‑end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communications. Drive project governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and dependency management. Oversee AWS-based solution delivery, including Amazon Connect implementations where applicable.

Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Support

Agile and Hybrid project delivery practices.

Experience managing programs involving 50–100+ stakeholders.
