As a member of our innovative team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting immersive Food and News experiences across various devices and endpoints. Our teams work in a fast-paced environment with people who are passionate about our customers, experiences, and systems.
As a member of the team, you should be able to learn current concepts quickly and feel at home in a new and constantly evolving space.
Quality will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the program. TPM will be responsible for ensuring that all of our experiences remain performant (e.g. minimal latency) and maintain our high quality bar.
Define and deliver critical program for Alexa* Establish mechanisms necessary for delivery and management
Influence and drive technical decisions
Assess and mitigate risks, handle escalations, and provide concise and transparent updates to stakeholders at all levels
Mentor individuals in the community on advanced technical issues, and help them grow their careers
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
