Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Support merchandising efforts by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked and visually appealing
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize inventory, and ensure the store environment is inviting and organized
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, customer inquiries,



and sales goals to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Robust communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly during demos and assist customers confidently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
- Excellent organizational skills to manage merchandising displays and stock levels efficiently
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, professionalism, and active listening skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication standards in a retail setting
