Responsibilities

- Supervise daily stock operations, including receiving, stocking, and merchandising products to optimize sales potential
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely replenishment of shelves and proper product placement
- Operate equipment such as forklifts safely to move heavy or bulky items efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor setting by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product availability and store layout, providing exceptional customer service
- Support cashiering activities during peak times to ensure smooth checkout processes
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding stock levels, safety procedures,



and store policies to foster a collaborative work environment

Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail sales or stock management is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is valued
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse team members and customers
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better service for a diverse customer base
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory accuracy and store presentation
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and performing routine cleaning duties
- Prior experience in merchandising, cashiering, or maintenance roles enhances your fit for this position
