- Provide friendly, fast, and accurate guest service with a positive attitude.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized restaurant, front counter, and drive-thru.
- Follow Always Fresh, product preparation, order accuracy, and speed-of-service standards.
- Greet guests promptly using the S.E.T. principles: Smile, Eye Contact, Thank You.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and complete service recovery when needed.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, handwashing, and temperature-recording procedures.
- Keep products, supplies, and showcases stocked and ready for busy periods.
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Follow workplace health and safety rules, use required PPE, and report hazards, injuries, and incidents.
- Never operate equipment or work in a way that could endanger yourself or others. We also offer a $2.00 premium for midnight shifts, bringing the starting wage to $19.95 per hour.
