Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Food Service Manager to lead our retail food operations with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties

- Lead and supervise all food service operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning and adherence to company standards
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals
- Manage inventory purchasing, merchandising, pricing, and product displays to maximize sales potential
- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and cashiering procedures to ensure accuracy and security
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase store traffic
- Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and control expenses through effective financial management
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster a motivated team environment

Requirements





- Proven supervising or management experience in retail food or store management roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Proficiency in POS systems, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and basic math skills for cash handling and pricing tasks
- Experience with merchandising, purchasing, marketing strategies, and retail sales techniques
- Demonstrated leadership in team management with skills in recruiting, training & development, and motivating staff
- Ability to handle administrative responsibilities such as budgeting, inventory control, and recordkeeping with attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
