We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hands-on Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our combined convenience store, grocery store, and pizza/food service operation.

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing employees, maintaining excellent customer service, overseeing inventory and food operations, and ensuring the store operates efficiently, safely, and professionally.

Responsibilities

- Manage all day-to-day store operations.
- Supervise, train, schedule, and support employees.
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
- Oversee grocery and convenience merchandise, including receiving, stocking, pricing, and product rotation.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product ordering.
- Check expiry dates and maintain proper product rotation.
- Oversee pizza and food-service operations, including food preparation, quality, presentation, and service.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Manage cash register/POS operations and cash-handling procedures.
- Complete and supervise opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor daily sales, cash reconciliation, shortages, waste, and store records.
- Help control inventory loss, food waste,



and operating expenses.
- Ensure shelves, coolers, freezers, food-preparation areas, and displays are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate with suppliers when required.
- Resolve operational issues and make appropriate decisions during shifts.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, health and safety requirements, and food-safety standards.
- Work alongside the team with customer service, cash, stocking, and food preparation when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer service, efficiency, and overall store performance.

We are looking for a hands-on Store Manager who leads by example. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing the business while also stepping in wherever needed, including customer service, stocking, cash operations, and food service. The Store Manager will play an significant role in maintaining high operating standards, developing the team, improving store performance, and providing a positive experience for our customers.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
