Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales, customer service, merchandising, and store procedures.
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to maximize sales potential.
- Oversee cash handling, cashiering procedures, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones, boosting overall store performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to motivate staff and promote professional growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized store environment that aligns with brand standards while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Skills





- Proven experience in retail sales management with strong supervisory skills and leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus).
- Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions and bookkeeping.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques.
- Knowledge of merchandising principles, pricing strategies, purchasing processes, and marketing tactics.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, as well as supervising teams.
- Familiarity with payroll administration, budgeting, administrative tasks, and recordkeeping requirements.
- Exceptional customer service skills combined with phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
