Marc Cain Store - Laval (Canada) Your responsibilities

- You will lead and motivate your team with dedication and create an inspiring, positive working environment
- You will ensure that all operational processes in the shop run smoothly, efficiently and with a focus on customer service
- You will advise on and sell our Marc Cain collections with passion, and look after both our regular and new customers to the highest standard
- Preparing and following up on orders, as well as actively supporting this process, also fall within your remit
- You keep a close eye on stock levels at all times, coordinate orders and ensure optimal product presentation in line with the brand's image





Your profile

- You have extensive experience in selling high-quality women's clothing, as well as some initial management experience as a Store Manager (m/f/d)
- You are characterised by a strong customer focus and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- With your confident, positive manner and high level of self-motivation, you inspire both customers and your team
- You embody and convey the Marc Cain way of life authentically and with conviction
