Seaway Pools & Hot Tubs is looking for a Store Manager to lead our Newmarket location. We're a well-established, locally owned pool and hot tub business serving the Greater Toronto Area, and we're looking for someone who can take ownership of day-to-day operations and help our team deliver great customer service.

What you'll do:

- Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and store presentation
- Lead, train, and motivate retail and service staff
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
- Ensure an excellent customer experience from walk-ins to follow-up service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise
- Support sales targets and help drive store performance
- Work closely with ownership and the Markham location on broader business goals

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role (retail experience an asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a hands-on,



fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability
- Reliable, organized, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends during peak season
- Pool or hot tub industry knowledge is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person

Details:

- Compensation: $45,000+ annually, based on experience
