Duties

- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales, merchandising, and customer service initiatives to meet or exceed performance targets
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing and motivated staff
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and budgeting to optimize store operations and profitability
- Oversee inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising displays to attract customers and maximize sales potential
- Handle cash management duties such as cashiering, cash handling procedures, and balancing registers with accuracy
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and sales reporting
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and enhance the store’s visibility within the community

- Proven experience in retail management with supervising responsibilities and team leadership skills
- Strong negotiation abilities for vendor relations and purchasing decisions
- Bilingual or multilingual skills to effectively communicate with diverse customer bases
- Excellent communication skills for training staff, resolving customer issues, and collaborating with teams
- Proficiency in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks including budgeting and record-keeping
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques, pricing strategies, and sales management principles
- Skilled in using POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales technology tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with time management expertise to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting talent through interviewing processes and training & development programs
- Customer service orientation with phone etiquette skills for engaging positively with clients
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of store presentation and performance
