We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Store Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training and coaching
- Oversee merchandising efforts to maintain attractive product displays and optimal stock levels
- Manage sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accuracy in cash handling and pricing
- Coordinate recruiting efforts to attract top talent and participate in interviewing candidates
- Handle payroll processing, scheduling, and administrative tasks to support store functions
- Implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase store traffic
- Monitor inventory levels, place purchasing orders, and manage stock replenishment processes
- Enforce store policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards to ensure a secure shopping environment
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members

Skills





- Proven supervising or retail management experience with strong leadership capabilities
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Skilled in negotiation, sales management, and customer service excellence
- Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop team members for success
- Knowledge of budgeting, sales analysis, and store financials
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative tasks such as payroll and record keeping
