- Strengthening program design and impact measurement
- Identifying new opportunities for sustainable organizational growth

The Profile You may be a strong fit if you have:
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience , with preference for significant leadership or specialist expertise
- A demonstrated record of delivering results
- Solid strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- The ability to work independently
- Professional networks or institutional knowledge relevant to your field
- An ability to turn ideas into practical action

We value substance over titles .



You do not need to have worked in the nonprofit sector. Experience from business, government, consulting, healthcare, technology, academia, finance, law, communications or other sectors can be highly relevant.

Volunteer Engagement

This is currently an unpaid volunteer advisory opportunity.

Selected advisors will contribute on a voluntary basis, with the scope and time commitment agreed according to their expertise, availability and the needs of the organization.

This is not a conventional employment position and does not currently include a salary or employment benefits.

As MAP Canada develops its programs, partnerships and funding, there may be opportunities for future paid engagements or leadership roles, subject to organizational needs and resources.
