This remote position involves guiding internal and external resources to create a comprehensive 5-year capital plan. You will also enhance technical capabilities and manage project KPIs to support operational excellence across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a 5-year capital plan
- Lead capital projects following Initiative Management processes
- Oversee team KPIs including budget tracking and safety
- Collaborate with teams across operations and engineering
- Mentor and coach internal and external engineering resources

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Experience in aseptic environments preferred
- Proven track record in multi-site capital planning
- Formal project management training is a plus
- Proficient in CADD and Microsoft Office Suite
