We are seeking a dedicated and organized Student Services Coordinator to join our educational team. This role is vital in supporting student success by coordinating academic services, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring students have access to the resources they need. Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic advising, resource access, and support services
- Coordinate student orientation sessions and ongoing workshops to enhance student engagement and success
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop programs that support diverse student needs
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and service utilization
- Assist students in navigating academic policies, registration processes, and career planning




- Provide guidance and mentorship to students, fostering a welcoming and inclusive workplace
- Organize events and activities that promote student involvement and community building
- Support the development of educational materials and resources for students

Requirements

- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Business Management or related field
- Prior experience in educational support roles is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse student populations
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
- Passion for education and student development
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students to achieve common goals

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
