Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Super B Driver to join our logistics team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely operating Super B trailers—large, multi-compartment trucks designed for transporting freight efficiently across various routes. Responsibilities

- Safely operate Super B trailers, ensuring secure handling of freight during transit
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
- Load and unload freight using forklifts and other heavy equipment, adhering to safety protocols
- Verify shipment documentation, including bills of lading and delivery receipts, for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain detailed logs of driving hours, freight movements, and vehicle inspections in compliance with transportation regulations




- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries and pickups
- Perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting as needed to keep vehicles in optimal condition

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience operating heavy trucks, specifically Super B trailers or similar large freight carriers
- Skilled in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs or troubleshooting on trucks and trailers
- Solid attention to detail for inspection reports and documentation compliance
- Physical ability to load/unload freight and operate heavy machinery safely
