Step Up autism Center provides ABA therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy and academic-based learning programs for children with autism and developmental needs. We are committed to providing individualized, high-quality services that support children's communication, independence, social skills and overall development.

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Supervised Senior ABA Therapist to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will deliver ABA therapy, support junior therapists and assist with program implementation under the supervision of a qualified clinical professional.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental needs.
- Implement treatment plans and behaviour intervention strategies under clinical supervision.
- Support the development of communication, social, behavioural, academic and daily living skills.
- Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to junior ABA therapists within the assigned scope of responsibility.
- Monitor therapy sessions and provide feedback on program implementation under clinical direction.
- Collect, analyze and maintain accurate behavioural data and session notes.
- Track children's progress and communicate observations to the clinical supervisor.
- Assist with developing and updating learning objectives under the direction of the clinical supervisor.
- Support positive behaviour strategies and follow approved safety and crisis-response procedures.




- Communicate professionally with parents and caregivers about session activities and progress, within the role's scope.
- Collaborate with Behaviour Analysts, Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and other team members.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings and professional development activities.
- Maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries and a safe, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Autism and Behavioural Science, Behavioural Psychology, Child and Youth Care, Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, positive behaviour support and skill acquisition.
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior therapists is an asset.
- Strong documentation, data collection and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and a multidisciplinary team.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check.
- Relevant ABA training or RBT certification is an asset.
