What to expect in this role:

- Supervise staff and organize tasks during each shift

- Support kitchen staff and cashiers during busy periods

- Ensure food quality, order accuracy, and efficient service

- Assist with training staff on restaurant procedures

- Address customer questions and concerns professionally

- Oversee cash handling and register closing duties

- Monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs to management

- Ensure kitchen, counter, and dining areas remain clean

- Assist with opening and closing the restaurant

- Ensure staff follow sanitation, health, and safety standards
