- Team Leadership & Coaching:

- Coordinate the team and maintain a fast, organized pace of service.

- Coach kitchen cooks and front counter staff to improve product quality and customer interactions.

- Provide constructive feedback and motivate crew members.

- Operations & Customer Service:

- Lead the shift to ensure every customer receives accurate orders and excellent products.

- Resolve guest complaints or service issues immediately.

- Enforce company safety, sanitation, and food handling standard operating procedures.

- Administrative & Management Support:

- Assist the General Manager with ordering supplies, inventory counting, and scheduling.

- Handle cash management tasks, including verifying safes, balancing cash drawers, and managing deposits.

- Assign, oversee, and participate in store cleaning and opening/closing checklists.

Pay: $18.60-$39.35 per hour
