Residential cleaning experience (required)

Leadership experience (preferred)

Role Responsibilities

Cleaning and servicing residential properties

Leading, training, and coaching service crews

Ensuring exceptional service quality and consistency

Acting as a brand ambassador with clients and team members

Schedule management and team assignment

You are the primary leader for our service crews and the onsite liaison for our clients

Compensation





$22.00 – $26.00/hour (determined by experience and through interview process)
