StrEATs Supervisor/Team Member

We’re a fast-casual spot serving tacos, beers and more! Looking for new team members!

What You’ll Do

Team Members

- Greet guests & take orders
- Cook, pack, and plate food
- Keep the kitchen clean & the dining area welcoming

Supervisor / Shift Lead (Must be at least 18 years old)

- Run the shift: assign stations and tasks, keep the line moving, and set the tone during rushes
- Hold the standard on food quality, speed, cleanliness, and checklists
- Handle guest complaints and refunds calmly and professionally
- Train recent team members and keep management in the loop on equipment, stock, or staff issues
- Open or close the store as keyholder, including alarm, checklists, and nightly cash-out

- Detail-Oriented and teachable
- Takes Initiative & thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience is optional if you’re friendly, we can teach you to make tacos
- (Bonus if you have your pro-serve or food safe)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $15.00-$25.00 per hour
