Ensure safety and enjoyable swimming experiences as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at MNP Community & Sport Centre in Calgary, Alberta. You will uphold Lifesaving Society standards while rescuing and teaching swimming skills to participants. As a key member of the aquatic team, this role involves leadership in safety, supervision, and program delivery.

You'll actively engage with patrons and respond effectively during emergencies. This position requires a commitment of at least four hours weekly, which includes lifeguarding shifts and swim lessons while cooperating with coordinators and program managers. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise patrons and perform safety scans
- Provide emergency care until medical services arrive




- Teach Lifesaving Society Swim for Life programs
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the pool area
- Prepare and manage lesson plans and activity reports Requirements:
