Duties

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Assist in food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchen stations, and food handling zones in compliance with health standards.
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks and ensure timely delivery of orders to tables.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly,



and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is key!
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar technology.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and order accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or kitchen support is highly desirable.
