Business Unit : Company 3 Position : Talent Acquisition Partner, Associate Vancouver, BC (Remote) Pay Range : $27.00 - $31.00 CAD hourly The Talent Acquisition Partner, Associate will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment and sourcing of talent across a wide range of job families including but not limited to artistic, admin, operation, finance, engineering, and managerial roles. This will be a full cycle recruitment function that works closely with internal client groups to achieve talent targets. The Associate TA Partner will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment process and support the hiring team to reach their hiring goals.

The Talent Acquisition

Partner, Associate will handle full cycle recruitment process from intake to sourcing, screen, interview, and offer. They will provide real-time market conditions and make the appropriate recommendations throughout the recruitment process. They will also partner with members of the Talent Acquisition, HR , and Director of TA to educate and calibrate hiring expectations throughout the process.

They will perform LinkedIn searches and effectively use social media to source active and passive candidates and create an online community/ network. Phone/email candidate screening. Be the communication bridge between all cross functional departments throughout the recruitment process.

When necessary, pro-actively assist cross functional team in order to cross the recruitment finish line. Flag potential issues throughout the recruitment process that includes but not limited to classification, pay equity, budget and approvals. Working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Interact and administer ATS system. The ideal candidate will have prior recruitment experience in a corporate environment. They will have intermediate Excel skills (ie. They will have working knowledge of Outlook and its calendaring function,



as well as prior 3rd party off the shelf ATS experience and pipelining.

Entertainment, animation, post production or VFX experience in an artistic, operational, or HR capacity.
