Provide administrative support services to Care Coordinators Enter, update and maintain a high volume of patient data in the electronic database Answer a high volume of telephone inquiries from patients, families and service providers, and refer callers as appropriate years’ related office experience ~ Accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills ~ Profic ient with database software, MS Word , Excel ,
and other applications in a Windows environment ~ Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision ~ Advanced multi-tasking skills, with the ability to meet performance and service goals ~ Flexibility to work a schedule that includes days, evenings and weekends to meet organizational needs ~ Advanced oral and written proficiency in English and in French is essential. ~ We have a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy. As a condition of employment, all employees are required to submit proof of COVID-19 vaccination status prior to start date. A college diploma in the health or social services field, or business/office administration Familiarity with medical terminology, and office administrative procedures/concepts Ability to speak French or another second language French Proficiency: French required Salary: Hourly wage of $25.35 to $29.46 Terms of Employment: Full-Time Hourly wage of $ 25 . 35 to $ 29 . 46 as per the OPSEU Collective Agreement Membership in a world class defined benefit pension plan ?
