Team Lead (Full-time)

DUER is a Canadian performance apparel brand making denim you can cycle in and pants that stay cool when things heat up. We are hiring a part-time Team Lead to set the tone on the sales floor, coach in real time and help our store hit its goals.

▪ Lead the floor and drive conversion through great customer engagement

▪ Coach the team in the moment and keep standards high

▪ Run sharp daily operations: visual moves, inventory and online orders

▪ Turn customer feedback into ideas that improve the store

WHAT YOU BRING

▪ Confidence, integrity and strong communication skills

▪ A sales driven, results oriented mindset

▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office

▪ Availability for one full weekend day plus two other full days each week

▪ Retail management experience and post-secondary education are a plus THE PERKS

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
