Duties

- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items efficiently according to company standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process orders accurately and swiftly
- Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service and order completion
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities





Qualifications

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Experience in food preparation, serving, or kitchen operations is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
