Looking for an experienced Linux Systems / Production Support professional with strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ITIL-based incident and change management experience.

Must-Have Skills

- Solid Linux Administration & Troubleshooting
- Git / GitHub
- Zabbix Monitoring Platform
- Strong understanding of ITIL
- Incident & Change Management
- ServiceNow for incident/change management

Nice to Have

- Python – Basic to Intermediate
- JFrog Artifactory
- Atlassian Tools – Jira & Confluence/Wiki
- Jira/Atlassian administration experience
- Terraform
- Bash / PowerShell scripting
- IBM Developer Platforms:
- IBM DataStage
- IBM UrbanCode
- IBM WebSphere MQ (WebMQ)

Key Responsibilities





- Perform Linux system administration, troubleshooting, and operational support
- Monitor system health and performance using Zabbix
- Investigate and resolve production incidents
- Manage incidents and changes following ITIL processes
- Work with ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management
- Support automation and scripting initiatives
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application support teams
- Maintain system documentation and operational procedures
- Support deployment and configuration activities using relevant tools
