The Role:

We're seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Technology Care Specialist to join our close-knit team. In this role, you'll be the friendly face greeting our neighbors in their moments of tech distress, the skilled hands breathing new life into their devices, and the empathetic heart understanding the stories behind each repair.

What You'll Do:

- Provide attentive, one-on-one support to customers, patiently diagnosing and repairing their devices
- Meticulously repair and refurbish a variety of gadgets, from smartphones to laptops and gaming consoles
- Maintain an organized workspace and follow our tried-and-true procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service
- Collaborate with our family-like team to continually improve our services and customer experience
- Document technical issues and solutions, building our knowledge base to enhance future service

What We're Looking For:

- A caring and patient individual who finds fulfillment in helping others reconnect with their digital lives
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in operating systems, especially Windows, Mac OS, Android, and iOS
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
- Familiarity with help desk procedures and ticketing systems
- Experience with remedy software; certifications such as CompTIA A+ are a plus




- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' tech-related concerns
- A preference for a structured, organized work environment
- Reliability and consistency in following established processes and procedures
- A willingness to continuously learn and grow your skills
