Work Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada • Hours: 37.5 • Pay Details: $96,900 - $136,800 CAD We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Delivery Lead (TDL) to lead the successful delivery of strategic regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery across multiple teams, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Lead end-to-end delivery of critical regulatory reporting and compliance technology initiatives.
Manage project deliverables across architecture, development, business analysis, testing, infrastructure, and support teams. Partner with stakeholders across Payments, Securities, Wealth, Personal Banking, Business Banking, and Enterprise Technology teams. Manage complex integrations, dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Develop and maintain project schedules, financial forecasts, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps. Act as the primary escalation point for technology risks, issues, and delivery challenges. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, coaching, talent development, and resource management support to team members. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in complex environments.
Experience balancing strategic priorities, delivery commitments, operational support, and regulatory obligations. Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver business value through technology. University degree, preferably in technology/ engineering. ~7-10+ years of experience leading complex technology delivery programs in large enterprise environments. ~ Proven experience delivering regulatory reporting initiatives AML, FCCM, or compliance technology solutions. ~ Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and project management/delivery practices. ~ Experience managing cross-functional technology teams, vendors,
budgets, and resource plans. ~ Strong understanding of banking systems, regulatory reporting platforms, and enterprise integrations. ~ Solid technical foundation with experience in software development would be preferrable and modern architecture patterns.
