: The Technology Intern (Transformation) will support initiatives that help the organization adopt new technologies, improve processes, and strengthen governance practices. Working alongside technology and business professionals, the intern will assist with research, documentation, meeting coordination, process mapping, and governance activities while developing an understanding of how technology supports organizational change. The successful candidate will contribute to projects related to AI governance, process improvement, operating model transformation, and technology adoption while building practical business and technology skills.

Key Responsibilities - AI Governance Support - Assist with the administration of AI governance activities, including intake tracking, documentation, meeting coordination, and follow-up activities.

- Maintain governance records, templates, trackers, and supporting documentation to ensure information remains organized and up to date.
- Support the preparation of governance materials, presentations, reports, and meeting agendas.
- Help monitor outstanding actions and follow-up items related to AI initiatives.
- Conduct research on AI governance practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to support ongoing initiatives.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and coordination across business and technology teams.
- Process Improvement & Transformation Support - Assist in documenting current-state business processes, workflows, roles, responsibilities, and process challenges.
- Support the development and maintenance of process maps, workflow diagrams, and transformation documentation.
- Help gather information from stakeholders through meetings, workshops, interviews, and discussions.
- Document business requirements, feedback, action items, and decisions from transformation initiatives.
- Assist in preparing materials for workshops, working sessions, and project meetings.
- Support change and implementation activities by updating documentation, tracking project actions, and maintaining project artifacts.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and opportunities for process improvement.
- Help prepare reports, summaries,



and presentations to support project and leadership updates.
- General Project Support - Assist with project coordination activities such as maintaining project plans, trackers, meeting notes, and status updates.
- Organize and manage documentation to support transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members across technology and business functions to support project objectives.
- Participate in learning opportunities to build knowledge of AI, technology transformation, governance, and business operations.

Education Currently enrolled in, or recently completed, a university or college program in one of the following areas: Business Administration, Business Technology Management, Information Systems, Digital Transformation, Technology Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Skills & Attributes - Strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence, process improvement, or business transformation.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to gather, organize, and document information clearly and accurately.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from a variety of business and technology disciplines.
- Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new concepts, tools, and processes.

The hourly rate for this position is $25.64 to $33.33, and may include eligibility for additional incentives.
