The Tenant Support

Worker role is focused on assisting Program Participants in achieving their individualized goals. This full time position requires a committed individual with skills in crisis intervention, supervision, and community resource navigation. Your efforts will contribute to fostering independence and wellness among participants. Key Responsibilities:

- Encourage independent living for Program Participants
- Support assessments and goal-setting processes
- Mitigate risks through supervision and support
- Liaise with community resources for effective service
- Conduct wellness checks as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s in Social Work or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Team-oriented with community resource knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Completion of Occupational First Aid Level 1
