This full-time position, based in Kitimat, British Columbia, requires someone with a Master’s degree or relevant degree and progressive leadership experience. You will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure service excellence and oversee staff development in a collaborative workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and operational oversight to therapy staff
- Coach and motivate staff to foster a positive workplace culture




- Ensure compliance with professional standards and best practices
- Support staff with performance-related concerns
- Monitor service delivery, trends, and data for continuous improvement

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or significant leadership experience
- Proven experience in child and family services leadership
