We are a oilfield reclamation and fencing company seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an operator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a solid work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
Camp housing is provided
Starting wage $40/hr
Travel time from shop to job site: $16/hr
Shop wage: $16/hr
Start date ASAP
Responsibilities
- Example of duties include: Operating tractor with 3-point hitch implements performing jobs such as mowing grass, seeding grass, operating post pounders
- Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements
- Valid First Aid,
H2S and Common Safety Orientation (CSO), and Class 5 drivers license is MANDATORY
- Experience with operating tractors and installing barbed wire fence is mandatory
- Previous experience in a labor or construction role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
